All luxury golf communities require an “Initiation Fee” for membership. The amount of equity (if any) varies by club. In addition to your initiation fee, you will also be required to pay annual membership dues. The golf membership will include the social benefits the community has to offer. There are several clubs that also offer a luxury beach membership. This is typically separate of the golf membership.
